Where is the wing of Japan?

Recently, an issue of rebuilding JAL is reported on the news. JAL is the company of National Flag Carrier, which is to say the wing of Japan. Mission team from Hawaii use JAL all the time. Why did the wing of Japan lose its speed? There are some reasons, but it’s clear for the company to weaken without adapting to the changing social needs. We need speed for company’s assessment of the situation and innovative changes. What should churches in Japan learn from this lesson? Everything in a church such as board meeting, majority vote at a conference, and revision of a rule takes more time than this society. Is this just a weakness in a church all through the ages? How about the primary church? On the Pentecost 120 people were praying and 3000 people were added. How did they find a place to worship? Did they have a time to have a board meeting or do an election? It comes near to stating the obvious that disciples changed their thinking completely. Church has to ask the guide of the Holy Spirit in the complicated and fast present day.
