フットケアの大切さ

インドネシアは、スパ天国と言われています。
とても心地よく、つい、うとうとしてしまいます。
ただし、足のマッサージは別で、翌日まで痛みが残る程です。
足は、健康のバロメーターであり、フットケアはとても大切なことです。

写真は、イエス様が弟子たちの足を洗う場面のマグネットです。
札幌のライフセンター書店で購入しました。

主は、この場面で「水浴した者は、足以外は洗う必要がありません」と語りました。
足はからだの中で、直接、この地に接しています。

罪を赦され、神の子どもとされたキリスト者は、清められた者です。
キリストのからだである教会も、罪人を救うために土や砂、泥にまみれることもあるでしょう。
どんなに汚れたように見えても、それは表面であり、水で洗い流すなら、本来の清められた姿が現わされます。
主が、ご自身の手を汚したように、教会も罪人のお世話をすることができるのです。

創世記　２４章３２節

幸いな者

イギリスでの実話です。
ハンバーガー店で働く２０代の男性は、夢にまで見た宝くじに当選しました。
家を購入して、派手な結婚式、豪華な旅行とミリオネラーの生活を満喫します。
しかし、この男性はハンバーガー店に戻ってきました。
「周りの人はおかしいと思うかもしれないけど、人生はお金じゃないことがわかった」のだそうです。

イエス様が山上で弟子たちを教える場面があります。
そのなかに「心の貧しい者は幸いです」と言います。
なぜ、貧しいものが幸いなのでしょうか？

人の内には、神様でなければ満たすことができない空洞があります。
そのことに気付き、主を呼び求めた人こそが、本当の幸いを体験できるのです。

マタイの福音書　５章３節

道端の花

１９９０年８月、新生した時のことをはっきりと覚えています。
その前年から信仰を持つまでは、暗黒の期間でした。
こんな罪人は生きている価値がないと思えて、毎日が灰色の世界に思えました。

キリストが、こんな自分のために十字架に架かって下さったことを知った時は、鳥肌がたったことを覚えています。
信仰の告白をした瞬間に、全身を縛る鎖が解き放たれたような感覚でした。

日中に散歩をすることが出来るようになり、全てが眩しく、道端にある花がとても美しく見えたのです。
その草や花よりも、神に愛されていることを知り、主を賛美せずにはいられませんでした。

何が異端なのか２

ヴェネチアに行ったことがある人には、懐かしい光景かと思います。
ただし、本当のヴェネチアではなく、マカオのホテル内で写したものです。
舟は本物で、船頭は名物のオペラも歌ってくれます。
川沿いに見えるショップも本物で、様々なブランドが並んでいます。

しかし、この空には、本物の太陽が昇ることはありません。
また、この川には生き物が生息していません。

異端と呼ばれる教えとその集団には、永遠のいのちはありません。
それが、どんなに熱心であっても、振る舞いが品行方正に見えたとしても救いがないのです。

クリスチャンには、彼らを「偽物だ！」と退ける人もいるでしょう。
しかし、その人たちも、聖書にある造られたすべての人に含まれているのです。
その人たちの救いのために祈り、機会を生かして本物の福音を伝える。
これが、いのちの君のみこころなのです。

テモテへの手紙第二　２章２５節

純粋な乳

北海道の道東は、雄大な自然とともに、食材の宝庫でもあります。
そのひとつに生乳があります。
アイスクリームの世界的ブランド「ハーゲンダッツ」には、浜中町で生産される生乳が採用されています。

生まれたばかりの赤ちゃんには、お母さんの乳が必要です。
加工された食品や、絶妙なソースのフランス料理を赤ちゃんに与える親はいません。

クリスチャンも教理解説書や、注解書から食べさせるのではなく、みことばそのもの、イエス様自身を必要としているのです。
なぜなら、へブル語辞典にも、新約聖書概論にもいのちがあるわけではありません。

生まれたばかりの乳飲み子には、純粋な霊の乳をいただくことこそが大切なのです。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
ペテロの手紙第一　２章２節

What is heresy?

I served as a lecturer 15 years ago. I talked about how to evangelize to heresy members. One of foreigners came to me during an intercession and talked to me in Japanese, “Excuse me, but may I have a moment with you?” He asked me whether Catholic is a heresy or not. To tell the truth, this man who is older than me was a priest.

My answer was like these below.
The Bible is the only criteria whether it is a heresy or not.
It is not correct to misuse and stretch the definition of heresy.
To have a different interpretation from a group where he or she belongs to or a different theology what he or she adheres to is not a heresy.
In the Bible, it says if they teach different Jesus, different gospel, for example not only faith but also action is needed to be saved, and denial of the truth, for example the Bible was given by the Spirit of God, they are heresy.

The priest was relieved to hear what I had said and confessed some of Catholic’s doctrines are unbiblical and there is a movement inside of Catholic group to let them bring back to the Bible.

In the Bible, Christians shouldn’t call themselves “~ denomination”, “~ ism”, Protestant or Catholic. The people who repent their sin, believe Jesus, and are born again are the only Christians in the Bible.

Act 11:25~26

Hidden ~

We expect something when we hear a hidden store, a hidden song, a hidden hot spring, and a hidden something.

I bought a car for the first time in several years. (My previous car became our church-only car.) I informed to a car dealer that my budget is around 400,000 yen, newer than 2004, 4WD, and SUV and he said it’s impossible to find that kind of car. He also said if you increase your budget, it’s possible to find it. While I was praying and looking for it, finally I bought a car which fits my conditions.

When I checked a user review, the car is a hidden car which has a high reputation. The reason why it was cheap is although the quality is high, it was not sold because it’s unpopular. According to a survey, 3% of the market was a watershed.

The population of Christians in Japan is less than 1%. Low birthrate and longevity are accelerating and the population in Japan is decreasing. The nation’s economic situation is worsening. (There are some perspectives.) The number of suicide victims per 100,000 people is the most among countries surveyed by OECD. What kind of future do Japanese people have in this situation?

The almighty Lord already prepared a hidden something in this country. It is hope. It is a menorah which is a lucent flaming lamp. In fact, it is a church. Although we hear gloomy news, the Lord gives us peace, future, and hope.

Congratulations on your baptism!

Mr. Sekiguchi got baptized on 27th of June. His bad experience in paganism and heresy drove him to seek the Savior. No one will forget the excitement when he was raised from the water, and this was the of joy moment for everyone.

Baptism is the time to testify publicly that I died from my old self and I was born again. Whom did Mr. Sekiguchi testify for? He testified for God, angels, and the people around him but not only then but also to Satan. He renounced Satan, “I became a follower of Christ. My life is for God.”

Worship in one

I had a chance to do God’s ministry in Kanazawa city from 18th to 20th of June. When I talked to some pastors personally, I understood that there are many needs and they are fighting against an invisible wall. To tell the truth, I was asked to share the gospel from abroad in the same month but the Holy Spirit guided me to Kanazawa city. The meeting hosted by Ishikawa Christian Network was held on Saturday. Some churches in the city cooperated together to worshiped the Lord, and shared the Gospel in the meeting. I didn’t see any novelty or revolutionary things in the meeting but while they prayed, sang gospels, worshiped, and shared a testimony, I felt the Lord’s beautiful presence. I raised expectations for God’s wonderful works.

The next day, I shared the gospel at the church in Kanazawa city and after the service, people who had worshiped God from a different church visited me to testify what they experienced on Fri. and Sat. everyone experienced the presence of the Lord in unity. It didn’t matter the number of people who attended, the size of the hall, or famous guest.

A church is a body of Christ. We want to become one, be connected with the Lord’s love, and worship the Lord more. I felt these thirstiness and hunger for 3 days in Kanazawa city.

Peaceful country

Economist Intelligence Unit, which is an investigative bureau, surveyed 144 countries and made a list of peaceful country.

The best country is New Zealand. The second is Denmark. The third is Norway.

I understood that this is a proper result. Japan is the 8th and we received high evaluation.

There are 23 items to survey these countries and I assume the worst country can be difficult to judge because a definition of terrorism or murder and a general idea of human rights are different depending on countries.

I have visited India many times and I feel there is a fine line between life and death. Persecuted Christians, clashes between Hindu and Muslim, random murders by Maoist rebel group, death of people, and policeman’s shoot-ups by terrorists. There are many cases that we can’t think of in Japan, such as death from electricity or brujo’s poison. We don’t know how many cases are reported in India. I know there are some cases that are not dealt as murder cases, it's when discriminated people are murdered.

In the Bible, it says the true peace is brought by God’s kingdom where king is Christ. Is it impossible to make peace in this society? No. There are things what God’s children can do in this world. God’s kingdom starts from inside of believers. Oh, Lord. Keep changing us to make peace.

看守の信仰

その夜、牢獄のなかには不思議な調べが響き渡りました。
神を求める祈りと主への感謝の賛美、全ての囚人たちは聞きいっていました。
この後、パウロとシラスに起きた奇跡をみなさんはご存知でしょう。

看守が自殺しようとしたその時、「主イエスを信じなさい」という声を聞きます。

看守は、その人生を当時の世界最大の権力から、救いの岩の上に置き換えました。
その結果、罪からの救いと過去の支配者からの救いという奇跡を体験したのです。

日本のキリスト者は、安全と自由が保障されています。
しかし、今も、この看守と同じように、命がけの決断をする人たちがいることを忘れてはならないのです。

使徒の働き　１６章３１～３３節

何が異端なのか

もう、１５年以上も前の話になりますが、あるセミナーの講師をしました。
内容は「異端への伝道」でした。
休憩時間に一人の外国人が日本語で「ちょっと、いいですか？」と話しかけてきました。
その方から「カソリックは異端ですか？」と質問されました。
この男性（もちろん、僕より年上です）は、じつは、現役の神父だったのです。

彼への回答は、異端であるかないかは聖書だけが基準であること、異端の定義を誤用することや、拡大することは正しいことではない。
自分が所属する団体と解釈が異なる、自分が指示する神学と異なることが異端ではない。
聖書には、異なるキリスト、異なる福音（救いには信仰だけではなく行いが必要）の教え、また、聖書が神の霊感により与えられたものであることを否定するならば、異端であると書かれていることを伝えました。

その神父は、安堵の表情を浮かべて、カソリックの教義に非聖書的なものがあること、それらを改めて聖書に戻そうとする内部の運動があることを打ち明けてくれました。

それが、プロテスタントでもカソリックでも、～派、～主義であっても、聖書はそう名乗ることが正統なクリスチャンであるとは書かれてはいません。
罪を悔い改め、キリストを信じ、新しく生まれた者、それが聖書に書かれている唯一のキリスト者の定義です。

使徒の働き　１１章２５～２６節

隠れた～

隠れた名店、隠れた名曲、隠れた名湯等、隠れた～という表現は、特別な何かを期待させるものです。

数年ぶりに、自分の車を買うことになりました。（今までの車は、晴れて教会専用車になりました）
予算は四十万円台、平成１４年以降、４ＷＤ、ＳＵＶなど条件を伝えると、中古車の販売店からは「予算を二倍以上にしなければ無理でしょう」という返答でした。
祈りながら探し続けて、ついに、条件に合う車を購入しました。

ユーザーレビューを見ると、高い評価で隠れた名車となっていました。
安かった理由は、性能は良いのに、不人気で売れなかったことにあるようです。

ビジネスのある調査によると市場の３％が影響をもたらす分岐点となっていました。
日本のクリスチャン人口が１％未満なのは、まず間違いのない数字でしょう。

日本はすでに少子高齢化が進み、人口が減少し始めています。
また、国の財政は（様々な見方がありますが）破綻に近づいています。
人口１０万人あたりの自殺者数は、OECD＝経済協力開発機構の調査対象国の中で最多です。

このような状況の中で、日本にはどのような未来があるのでしょうか？
全能なる主は、この国に隠れた～、つまり希望を用意しておられます。
それは、燃えて輝くともしびであるメノーラ、つまり教会なのです。
どんなに暗いニュースが聞こえてきても、主は平安と将来、希望を与えて下さる御方です。

エレミヤ書　２９章１１節

洗礼おめでとう！

６月２７日に関口君が洗礼を受けました。
彼にとっては、異教や異端での体験も、救い主と出会うための養育係となりました。

水から上がった時の興奮、周りにいた人々の喜び、誰もこの瞬間を忘れることはないでしょう。
洗礼は、古い自分に死んで、新しく生まれたことを公に証しする時と言えます。
それでは、彼は誰に対して証しを行ったのでしょう？

それは、神に対して、御使いに対して、その場にいた人々に対して、それだけではありません。
悪魔に対してもこう宣告したのです。

「私はキリストにつく者となった。これからの人生は神様のものである。」

ガラテヤ人の手紙３章２７節
