Self-perpetuating company

Global 100 which was released in Jan. is a list of 100 self-perpetuating companies. 19 Japanese companies were chosen and Japan was more than any other countries. Japanese people tend to take a long view. Lifetime employment system or pension is one of the examples. On the other hand, we tend to avoid facing problems. In other countries, Japanese people are famous to take too much time to decide things. We can be proud of this release but how about in the invisible world?

Although we are interested in lifetime employment system or pension, less people are interested in the eternal life. When I was a businessman, I shared about the eternal life to my friends but they answered, “I will listen after I’m retired.” If a company or system falls apart, we lose our job and pension.
